How you pay depends on the market you are buying in, exactly as the checkout offers it. We do not promise a payment route that is not connected. The status of each method is stated where it applies.
Kenya

When payment is due
- Kenya: place the order, then pay by M-PESA using the paybill and the order number shown on your confirmation. The order is held as awaiting payment until the payment is matched. No credit is offered on this market.
- Export: settle by bank transfer against the proforma invoice, or by stablecoin (USDT/USDC) on a named network. Documents are released when the funds are received and matched, unless an approved credit account is in place.
- EU invoice terms (Net 30): not available. The platform has no credit model or credit account, so Net 30 cannot be granted; it is shown as not offered rather than promised. Ask the trade desk to arrange prepayment instead.
- Stablecoins: send only the named asset on the named network shown on your confirmation. A stablecoin sent on the wrong network, or to a wrong address, is lost permanently and cannot be recovered.
Bank details for telegraphic transfer are [BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS]. Always confirm the account against the proforma invoice; we never change bank details by email alone.
Card payment is shown as a method in every market but no card gateway is connected on this stack, so a card cannot currently be charged. M-PESA is a pay-after-ordering flow: no live M-PESA charge is taken on the site, and you are shown a paybill and reference to pay by hand. Bank transfer is an offline method — the order is held until settlement clears rather than charged online. Stablecoin addresses are shown as placeholders until real wallet addresses exist. These are the honest states the checkout itself shows.
